Thanks for attending the symposium. In that we recorded the day-long symposium, we have DVDs of the entire symposium that can be provided at a small fee. That is, we will burn the DVDs, sending you copies to the address you indicate in your request. The fee for reproduction of the DVDs of the symposium is $25.00.
